I don't know how many trials you've been to but the defendant in jury cases does not come to court in orange and cuffs. No but I think you are. Your whole argument was based on the fact that he's guilty because he took a plea deal. For the greater good we are trying to show you why that is flawed logic, with legitimate sources that I doubt you read. You realize they have to report anything like that. They were not accusing you of anything. They are bound by law to make reports of anything that may be abuse , to include injuries that are similar to patterns of abuse. They could go to jail or lose their license. God I hope but there are times when the condition of the reversal is the defendant/victim promises not to sue, waives all recourse, and somehow the state gets to admit they did nothing wrong, even after admitting they fucked up.

If you can't afford insurance then you can't afford a car. You're also neglecting what happens to pedestrians. I'm pretty sure no one plans to get in a wreck. You can't just say I'll drive carefully. I've grown up poor too. That doesn't excuse selfish behavior. And your logic in toll roads equating to driving rules is ridiculous.

In Georgia no insurance = towed car. Only because it's electronically verified. Way different then not having proof. Your insurance is actually tied to your registration when they run your plate. As for why tow them? If they get in a wreck with no insurance you just fucked over the person with insurance. It's fucking selfish to not get insurance on your car. You are literally saying fuck you to everyone else on the road. Not you the poster - I mean the people who drive without insurance.

They can, most of the times depends on if it opens out or in. There are several tools. The best non tool way being a kick to the door lock. I'm also not saying I disagree with this guys sentiment. They should be able to perform the exact same work at the exact same level.
