Thank you for you reply. It's nice to know I'm not alone. Most of my partner's siblings married very late, one of his sister just passed away leaving two children without their mother at age 16, so I know it's very hard for the kids. I think 42 is still a very reasonable age to be a dad, especially for a man! Wish you the best to both of you!

Thank you for you reply. Reform and Conservative movements in Judaism are (in my opinion) polluted by far-left propaganda so for me it's a no no. I've tried a conservative conversion but really didn't like their views. Also Orthodox conversions are the only ones recognised everywhere, and so my kids will never have to worry about their Jewish status being called into question, which is very important for both of us. My boyfriend is a very successful so I don't worry too much about the money side…
