There’s an app I use called “Moment” which tracks your daily usage in minutes/hours. Helped me curb my addiction by seeing exactly how much time I wasted each day on my smartphone.

Broke up with an LTR last week (hard next) so focused on self improvement this week. Thanks to everyone who responded, I knew in my mind what needed to be done but having that extra accountability certainly helped. 1) Fitness Hit the gym 3x this week.
