The film industry has always been filled with pedophiles. I saw some shocking clips featuring Shirley Temple. That caused enough uproar and it went underground but they are crawling out from the scummy holes they've been living in, trying to normalize this sh*t.

She might be onto something with the water. I dated a guy and later discovered we use the exact same specific water filtration system because it removes specific stuff out effectively. Another HVM friend of mine actually made me the container for the water filters from cheap parts saving me like $300. Both men were compassionate, considerate and drink enough water that they bother to filter it!

I am sorry for your friend's ordeal. I have a dear girlfriend who went through a stalking situation and the lack of support and understanding from friends/family and the police is just appalling. I highly recommend the book Gift of Fear by Gavin deBecker. It might be too triggering for your friend to read right now but it outlines how to handle different types of stalkers and why restraining orders do not work in certain cases and can also cause more harm. A great example of Gender eQuAlItY not working are public restrooms. Same number of bathrooms, same number of stalls and yet the line for women is always longer (if the men even have a line at all)....because men don't deal with menstruation, rarely change diapers, and don't need extra time in front of a mirror to adhere to outrageous beauty standards. I want Gender Equality that recognizes and addresses the unique needs of women, not equality as sameness.

I wonder about this...nature vs nurture in men's misogyny. There are matriarchal cultures like the Mosuo in China that contradict this. Granted they are a minority in a larger trend of humanity existing as a sexist patriarchy. I think our species (men and women) would flourish if women were in charge...not equal...IN CHARGE.
