7	What does your text game look like? Texting is a huge way of communicating nowadays, so I definitely think you need a new mindset for this concept. Texting is not just for setting up dates (which you obviously state), it’s for having a normal conversation without the face-to-face contact. Ask them questions about who they are, what they like/dislike, etc. Get to know them. 0	I've come to realize that I am literally terrified of even looking at women. I'm not sure how I got to this point but I need help with a strategy to get out of it If your confidence and self-esteem are low, you want to be hidden, or feel small, around other people (especially women in your situation). Thus making eye contact terrifying or difficult. However, by building confidence and higher levels of self-esteem, you can slowly ease into making eye contact with those who pass you by.
