10	Lie about rape . . . GET 10 YEARS She probably needs to be in a mental institution instead and in a regular supervision for life. One time maybe something a dumb person may do, 15 times is a mental condition. I deal with a person with mental conditions daily. He makes stuff up in a regular bases and some things are pretty bad. We just can't afford to place him and haven't found the right place for him to be.
