Basically a woman that has accepted the beliefs of TRP and uses that to improve herself, become more feminine, and be supportive in the ways that compliments and alpha male so that she can have a LTR with an alpha male instead of just being a plate.

It takes more than 3 to 4 days. If you go Keto you do not get cheat days. It takes almost 2 weeks to switch into full ketosis. One day off does not "ruin" your week. It sets you back 2 weeks, and those are the next two weeks not the last two weeks. Lifting has nothing to do with you being in ketosis or not. A night out will spoil your diet not your gains. On another note. Which will improve the value of my motorcycle. Getting the flat on the front fixed, or getting the flat on the back fixed. Wo…

I'm a little bit older than the average Red Pill follower. I could write books on all the things that "I will get to later" Some of them I do, but most of them just get pushed to the side. I'm still new the TRP. I have a long way to go. The last 4 months have been phenomenal because my eyes are opening, but it was a side shift in my attitude more than a 180. I have always been very focused on improving myself. I have always seen other people as a loser if they did not do something to improve themselves or their life. Both men and woman. I have no respect for someone that doesn't go for what they want, but complains they don't have it. Someone that plays video games but then compla…

I practice Western Martial Arts, the first thing they teach you when using a sword is NOT to stand like you are fencing. In WMA you do not have to stay in a straight line and need to stand with footwork that allows you to move around like a boxer. Even if you were going to carry around a sword fencing teaches way too many bad habits in a fight.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
