Honestly, dom/sub relationships are ALL about the submissive. That is why consent from EVERYONE is important.

Women DO have a history OF having sex done to them without her permission. However, I certainly have never thought of it that way... maybe it's my roots in the BDSM community, but for me consent is needed from each partner for each activity.

I think it's meant as a sort of narcissistic display of confidence. Like, "I know you're staring! I caught you!" But there's plenty of womens' underwear that has witty/provocative sayings on it. It's UNDERWEAR. It is only seen by people you've already chosen to get close to (hopefully). If it was pants or a shirt, that would be a problem.

Uh holy shit this is where I live... Shit like this happens all the time (nationwide, I mean), and it's awful.

Like I said, I don't know the statistics. Obviously, though, it's not a small problem and I'm glad steps are being taken.

What?? Men aren't included in that?? This is obviously in sore need! I think it's less a matter of women raping men (though I'm sure it does happen) than men raping men, and male minors being raped.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
