I think this is an extremely important sentiment. I don't consider myself a mens rights activist or anything like that. I've had the complete opposite experience. I've been in research now for 10 years, and close to 100% of the women I work with really do seem to believe they are systematically disadvantaged. I personally think this is one of the more important issues that the movement should tackle. The difficult thing is that people already have quite a lot of difficulty viewing men as victims, and some people conflate this issue specifically with an attack on minority religions (i.e. recognized `victim' groups). I actually don't have a problem with people using insults like mansplaining, dick, cunt, karren, and so on. I only really mind if the people who use them cry sexism when someone else does the same. One thing to think about is that there are something like 1billion men on the planet that are circumcised, and something like 100million women who have FGM. Even still... I don't have a problem pretending when a job advertisement is blatantly sexist (I've been taking screen shots of applications this past year in my job search and I'm up to about 10 potential jobs that I've been excluded from that I would otherwise be qualified for - still don't have a job when my current contract ends), but it would be super rude to pull a trick like this if you are involving other people who are giving you their support - that shouldn't be messed with.

I've also thought about this. The problem is you often rely on letters of recommendation to get into positions. So you would have to ask your letter writers to also lie on your behalf. Its also not appropriate to ask for letters from people who are trusting you not to do something like this.
