2	SJW BS aside, Harry's is the best blade I have ever used I secound this endorsement. Army here, I shave every morning and I swear my hair is made of steel wool, a 5 blade gillette would last me 2 days before it would dull, made the switch to harrys a year ago, and one 5 blade cartridge lasts me all week. 3	Running advice to run 2 miles in 14:00 in 3 months. A workout that worked well for me was going a treadmill and maxing the incline Then set the pace to 4mph, a steady mall walk. Then do 4 mins on with a 1min rest in between 4 sets.
