3	How does one not get angry/depressed/frustrated seeing hot girls and just having no idea how to talk to them? I was like you. I know the EXACT feeling you describe. You're frustrated with who you are, you're depressed with your inability to take action, and you feel that this is who you will always be. This is called learned helplessness. They can pick and choose who they want to be with, and only a common few will ever be "chosen".
