I haven't settled anywhere yet. No permanent address, cause I'm RV living right now. OMW to the west.

I'm hundreds of miles away! The city demands that anyone pressing charges appear in court, and that's more time in the pit I wanted to leave, and MONEY MONEY MONEY for lawyers and what not. Can I just send it to someone? Is there a pro bono lawyer that would take this case?

I guess 8:30 is the actual assault. The moment in the bathroom is the freakiest thing. She's definitely likely to lie. She gaslighted me our whole relationship. No visible damage, but I started filming more when she tossed something at us and blew out some poor minivans passenger tires. Both of them. That's why I recorded as much as I did.

Thats tough. I'd have to go back to the small town she lives in, and I moved. This is me moving. Hundreds of miles away from her now. I know for a fact you can't call that in, unless I can just forward a copy to the police.

Thanks, I'm really at a loss. This is way beyond normalcy.

After several days of seeing her driving in a circle around my house, multiple times a day, I'm starting to think that doesn't make a damn bit of difference to her. I'm also starting to think that she won't even show up to the dispute hearing.

I've spoken to my lawyer, and he told me that from the sound of it, this is a clear abuse of the system. I should be fine.

I'm going down there today to make a report.

That's not likely to work. Her mother is a lunatic who assaulted me once. I broke up with her daughter shortly after that.

Yeah, I'm aware after a few months. We only dated for about a year. But the last four months have been like this, and I thought I was doing the right thing. Being nice, adjusting to life apart. Being friendly. My room mate thinks this is her way of "winning me back." She nearly hit me with her car while I was parking on my block today.

They just served me. I have to dispute it, but for the interim, I'm locked indoors. :(

She's actively causing me harm in the community and damaging my reputation. That's in addition to the fear and depression I feel. And I've already had disloyalty from the locals.

It's a shame that I have to live this way. And I am certain my small town cops won't consult a recording. That's not their purview around here.

I'm not sure. She listed an incident that there must be a police report on. They took a call on it, and her story won't match the report. And I have a cell phone text conversation that disproves her narrative of another listed incident. But I don't know how this goes.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
