She wants to introduce you to her friends. Show you off/get their opinions. If you're cool and laid back and attractive, it's a great situation and you should definitely go. If you're in your own head and doubting yourself, it's a terrible situation and you should definitely cancel.

My guess is they will flag posts "hate speech" at the very least. It wouldn't surprise me if members of "hate speech" subs end up having some sort of flair, too. All the more reason to maintain 2 separate accounts.

Don't do it!! I made this exact same mistake. It was in my pre-TRP days, but nevertheless, I still would not repeat it even with the improvements I've made since then. To be fair, it was one of the first experiences that really unplugged me. If anything ever goes bad, if there's ever drama (and there will be), it's them vs. you. 2 on 1. The gossip with the girlfriends who come over will be endless: you will be scrutinized, speculated about, and put under a microscope while they cackle and giggle…

In a row? Certainly is a conundrum. Women lie and AWALT. There's often no way to be sure if she is telling the truth (hint: probably not). I concur that plate status is probably the best move.

Great essay on the concept of hypergamy. A slightly off-topic comment - my favorite response to "do you have a girlfriend?" is, "yes, I have lots of girlfriends." It's perfectly vague. It communicates that you have women in your life and satisfies the need for preselection. A woman can also rack her brain over its meaning, which usually works in your favor. It could mean you have many friends who are female, but it could also mean you have a harem. Are you fucking multiple women? Who the hell is…

God, all of this rang so true for me that I sat staring at the screen for a minute or two after reading it. I felt like I was reading my own biography. But you're right. I love my mom, but she has never given me any good advice. Which is interesting, because she and my father have a good marriage. There are no rituals for us. There is no tribe to teach us to be men. We have to make our own way in this world.

Logistics can fuck you over in a big way. Your game can be on point, but because you're in an area that doesn't have many attractive young women, you can still do horribly. Especially if you're in an area where people settle down young, then it's even worse. In those places, online dating can be downright depressing because it's nothing but obese women with tattoos and single moms. I've lived in a number of places and without question, I have done the best when I'm in a major city with my own pl…

Eating disorders are a major red flag, even girls who have recovered. The main reason is because they are used to lying, even more than most women. They most likely spent years covering up the eating disorder, so omitting important details and making up stories is just second nature to them. I had to learn it the hard way with my ex.

I respectfully disagree. It's true that cultures were generally structured in the way you described, but I think you would find that even in those circumstances a majority of women still wanted to have children in spite of the danger.

It's interesting, based on the research and reading I've done on the differences between male and female minds I think you are on point. One evolutionary explanation for this is that women had to evolve to be somewhat irrational. Getting pregnant, carrying a child to term, and giving birth is statistically the most dangerous and life-threatening thing a woman will do in her lifetime (10-25% mortality rate before modern medicine). Logically, it's not worth it. Our species wouldn't have survived w…

It definitely sucks to have these kinds of struggles. However, being ranked 5 in your graduating class taking IB/AP classes is really impressive and you're going to have many great opportunities available to you in college and beyond. I didn't hit my stride until college, and I think you'll definitely make friends there who are more accepting (wherever you decide to go). I'm a white guy who was always the nerdy, "smart one" in a school full of rednecks. In college, I met my best friends who I am…

This is the best advice here. Dread game, flirting with other girls, etc, won't work in this scenario. You must, calmly, and with no emotions, tell her that if she goes, the relationship is over. Your power over her is your ability to walk away. Don't let her placate you and convince you it will be okay. If she goes, it's over. Hold your frame.

So what! Both are bad. Can't you see how hypocritical your argument is? Female circumcision is abhorred the world over, but male circumcision is still a culturally accepted practice that many women in the U.S. claim to "prefer" generally for aesthetic reasons. The child has no say either way. I realize you aren't arguing in favor of male circumcision, but attitudes like yours contribute to it still being considered "normal" here in the US.

I know a girl (who used to be one of my plates) who is a professional independent you-go-girl career womyn in a major U.S. city. She recently turned 30 and is rapidly approaching the wall. She has a dog, several cats, and frequently fosters dogs and cats from shelters until they can find a permanent home. She posts pictures of them on facebook almost non-stop and refers to them as her "fur babies." She's not the only one, either. Projection much? I think it's clear evidence. Don't get me wrong, …

I really strongly identify with the way you feel about pursuing women. I just don't want to do it anymore. I can go out, talk to a girl, bring her home and hook up whenever. But they aren't worth my energy or my patience. I can't stand their snobby, bitchy attitudes, or the fact that 95% can't talk about anything but their iPhone or TV even if they have done well in school and do have a decent IQ. I live in a part of the U.S. that has some of the worst women; many have a lot of education but are…

The fraternity/sorority dynamic really depends on where you go to college. I went to a large state school with nearly 30 frats and about half as many sororities. Pick a house where the guys are down to earth, work out, and are into sports. Pick a house that throws parties with sororities that are at least "middle tier" and above. Check out parties at a lot of different houses during the first few weeks of school. Rule out any house full of nerds, fat guys, beta types. A house that's a little bit…

I love how he caught himself at one point: "Then he said, imagine her head on a fat woman's body." Could have just left it there. But of course Brand knows that his words could get twisted around by the media and he'd be accused of "body shaming, etc." So he follows up with, "but I quite like big women so that didn't work." We all know Brand's massive SMV keeps him from ever having to pork any porkers (if you will), but he's actively taking measures here to shape his image. Goes to show that he'…

Yes 100% true, you can't get a paternity test without a court order in France and the courts don't like to issue them because "society determines fatherhood, not biology" or some bullshit like that. Also France taxes its top income bracket by like 75%. Best to stay the hell away.

Exactly, they want to be able to dictate what men find attractive. As long as we keep our standards up and not give the she-beasts the attention they want, this pitiful strategy will never work.

They're trying SO HARD to dictate what men find attractive. That's the underlying message in all of this - what they, the feminists, are trying to achieve. They want the state, and our culture, to step in and tell men what we have to find attractive. But they will never succeed.

I'm really interested in this. Do you have an accounting/business background or work in finance? I really think a lot of members of this community would benefit from a guide like this for protecting themselves, even if they aren't planning on getting married. Not a New Yorker but you're 100% right, there's a million better places to go out than Times Square. Maybe if you're from bumblefuck Pennsylvania and you think the Olive Garden is a good Italian restaurant. No way in hell would I pay $50 to go to a rooftop party in Times Square either.

I didn't try to explain jack shit to her, let alone TRP, all I did was say that I wasn't interested because she has a kid. Get your facts straight dude. I could care less about this girl - I do live in a major city but it's beside the point. I could have sugarcoated it, "I"m not ready for that right now," etc. But I didn't and was bluntly honest instead. Why am I responsible for propping up her fragile ego?

I recently received an unsolicited message from a single mom on OKStupid. She was very cute, very feminine, stable job (nurse I think), around 22 or 23. Said she'd like to get to know me. But I've got no desire to be with a single mom or to be a father figure to another man's child. So I sent a short response: "I'd be interested in getting to know you too if it weren't for the fact that you have a child." Short, logical, emotionless, to the point. Sorry, not interested. But boy, did her hamster …

First date is always drinks at a bar or lounge. Ideally within walking distance of my house if I might be able to close. Second date is dinner at my house and a "movie." Other ones I like are the shooting range, taking my dog to the park, outdoor summer concerts, comedy club.

That's so horrible. So it's perfectly okay and even celebrated for a woman to kill the child growing inside of her, but a father doesn't have a right to know if the child is biologically his own? Makes my blood fucking boil. Just wait, in 5 years they'll be calling for this policy in the U.S.

Agreed. I used to travel for work. Wearing a suit when you fly is baller, but be careful. There's a fine line between being a stylish world traveler and being a beta schlub salesguy with a fat wife back home (although these guys tend to wear company polo shirts and carry those awful rolling briefcases with wheels). Don't underestimate the value of your shoes/watch/bag - they communicate just as much about your status, if not more.

Listen to any college kid, 18-21/22. Especially the girls, but most of the males too. They all do it. Statements (the type of which are used in telling a story, etc), but they have the high rising tone at the end making them sound like questions. "So, I was at this party? And this guy was, like, checking me out?" "So, when you're stirring your solution? You want it to be on an ice bath? Because if the reaction gets out of control, it could explode?" Makes you sound like a bitch.

There's a part 2 to this story. Apparently she lost a bunch of weight and is now down to 200 lb. Anybody want to guess what happened when she lost weight? If the pictures are any evidence, it looks like she swung to a new branch. She ditched the old beta provider in her video who was washing in between her folds and got herself a thinner, tatted up dude. Alpha fux, beta (washes your fat and feeds you) bux?

Over a year ago, I lived with 2 female roommates (post-college party girls). While I hadn't really gotten into TRP at that point, I was familiar with game and I was quickly realizing that my desire for an idealized, BP relationship was essentially in vain. They seemed like fun girls at first, but I couldn't have been more wrong. While living there, I got to experience firsthand some of the most over-developed hamsters in existence. OKStupid sucks. I've met several girls on there and they've all been attention whores, or give off that subtle "broken" vibe just below the radar. The only nice girl I've ever met on OKStupid turned out to be deaf. Straight up never mentioned it until I met her on our date and she read my lips/talked in very broken sentences the whole time.

I don't think it's wrong to want those things, but you're right, it's much more likely that the places where women choose to live will be more expensive. And yes, some cities are absolutely brutal, whereas in places like NYC, you can meet new people every day if you want. Too bad NYC is the capital of liberalism/feminism/lots of other "isms."

I completely understand that. I just made that list as a collection of things that appeal to me. I know that nowhere is perfect. I've lived in different U.S. cities and each one was different. You have to take the good with the bad and determine what's most important to you.

I have a theory that giving "just be yourself" advice is a way for women to subconsciously weed out guys for whom "being yourself" is being beta. For a lot of guys, it's the way we've been conditioned since childhood, and urging guys to "just be yourself" is the surest way to get to the natural alpha fux. Ever notice how you hear it from pretty much any woman you talk to? They're after guys who just get it.

Polone has a lot of clout in the entertainment world and as a person is very RP. Clearly he's speaking to a particular audience (the ultra-liberal hollywood industry), so he has to sugarcoat everything and talk about how "there should be a change in how women are portrayed in the media." But this article is a good example of how the sorts of things we talk about might be (slowly) starting to appear in the mainstream.

Absolutely agree with you, 100%. Wearing nice shoes is a big deal, especially to women - they notice. The right shoes, and a decent watch, are what separate the men from the boys. For instance: In major cities, a lot of nicer establishments require dress shoes or at least decent leather shoes. Many clubs will turn you away. If you're a business traveler or even if you're not, be sure to wear dress shoes and a good watch when you're flying. You'd be surprised at how other travelers/flight attenda…
