The only level IV lab in China is in Wuhan and this bullshit originates in China? That’s too out there for you? That’s 2+2=4 for me.

You didn’t qualify it in your original comment. Sounds like you just told on yourself and are trying to walk it back.

You just said women view men the same way, though.

So you’re saying committed relationships are pointless then?

I can only speak for me, but when I didn’t have energy it killed my desire to have sex. My lack of energy was due to being way out of shape/fat and jobless/job instability related depression. It wasn’t because I lost physical attraction to her, I’d argue she actually got hotter as our relationship progressed. If he’s got a lot on his plate, I can relate to a lack of interest in sex. And it had nothing to do what my gf at the time looked like. She’d actually gotten hotter as our relationship prog…

Do you and your husband fight a lot? Is he having life problems unrelated to the relationship? Has he gotten out of shape, physically? From experience, I can tell you his physical attraction to you may have nothing to do with the problem you’re experiencing.

You have to figure out the real reason what’s happening is happening. The problem may be all him and have nothing to do with you or it may be because your relationship is fundamentally flawed. You can try to get to the bottom of it or bail. Realistically, marriage doesn’t mean a fucking thing anymore anyways. No one treats it like a higher level of commitment. It just exists to make division of assets easier/take the burden off the government when a relationship crashes and burns I guess.

I didn’t say women want harems. I said women get bored and crave the emotional excitement of a sexual encounter with a new guy.

It seems that attraction decreases with time for a lot of people, but it doesn't mean that marrying a person you have zero attraction from the beginning is a good idea. I'm just saying it's doomed either way. I'm not saying people should go into it with someone they're not attracted to.

Women’s drive to have sex with their partner usually plummets after a year in a relationship. So if you’ve been with him less than a year or two, your opinion isn’t really relevant.

Yeah, how long you been with him?

I really don’t think it matters either way. Women crave the excitement of something new and fresh.

Even if a woman starts out attracted to you, odds are her attraction to you won’t last long term. Women get bored easily.

Depends on what kind of pollution to me. I’d have no problem working for an energy company. That industry is a necessary “evil” as far as I’m concerned.

Morally ambiguous, yes. Flat out morally wrong? No. For example, I’ve gone deep down the PFOA/Dupont rabbit hole recently, and I don’t understand how any of the people involved in dumping that shit into the water supply can sleep at night.

Sorry to let you down, but I didn't prove the naysayers wrong at all. I never pursued my dream. Ironically, a guy I know is doing what I wanted to do very successfully. I know what I wanted to do would've worked, but it is what it is. I did still ended working for myself, but through much much less impressive means. My point is, follow your dreams. Even if you fail, money can be replaced. At least you'll always know you gave it a shot.

There is nothing more rewarding than being your own boss. No one believed I'd make it on my own, so for whatever it's worth, I'm rooting for you. You certainly have your priorities straight.

Yeah I was just curious. I feel like men aspire to 6+ figure sports cars and 5+ figure watches and shit. I couldn't think of anything that expensive that women typically would buy for themselves. If expensive shoes only last a couple months, I could see it approaching that level of value pretty quick. Do you still wear jewelry gifted to you by exes? An ex gave me a watch that I kept for a while because it was expensive-ish, but in the end I ended up tossing it in the garbage because I couldn't s…

If you you were young what big ticket items would you have bought? I feel like the expensive shit most women want (jewelry) is usually bought for them by their SOs and that's part of why they want it in the first place.

She doesn't do much for me either. Don't want a chick with a six pack.

Lol, I guess I'm destined to go broke, because my splurges were at least a few orders of magnitude more expensive than this. I ain't stopping there, either.

(like losing a family member) RP generally considers this is actually the only time it's okay. And it's not okay to bawl, you should keep it to a silent tear or two.

Yeah it's sarcasm. NYC is very strict when it comes to who they let carry guns in public (most of the rest of the US is not), but those laws obviously don't stop criminals from being armed, it only stops non-criminals.

Imagine what would happen if he was crazy enough to pull something dangerous or a gun. Thank God we don't have to worry about that because carrying a gun is very banned in NYC unless you're very rich and have connections.

My instinct would be to protect her regardless, because there's really no excuse for a man to hit a woman, but I can't deny your point.

Women aren’t going to toss out a perfectly good man over a pot belly Nah they'll just stop fucking him and maybe start fucking someone else on the side.
