After several cycles on and off it now I naturally feel like I have a low-dose of Phenibut in me all the time, and other people mentioned Phenibut makes you go from a GABA-A affinity to a GABA-B affinity over time. I get what they were saying. GABA-B is the kind that makes you magic with women and feel slick in all social situations, basically Phenibut hammers out GABA-B but also acts similar to Gabapentinoids on certain subchannels. Any links to stuff on this subject?

This is a big problem in general. People basing their ideas about another nationality about people who visit their country, when I think you get a much better idea be being the person visiting their country. This could easily be rectified by people clarifying whether they've visited another country, or whether they've merely met someone from another country.

I haven't read your post yet, but it is bookmarked. In the meantime, can you please tell me about Brazil? Are the women really beautiful there? I mean on average. What is the culture regarding sex and dating there? I hear that they are very religous, but also that oral sex is considered more taboo than penetrative sex. I also hear that the poorer girls will only go for you because they think if you're white you're rich, and that there are also many members of the new rich that take on very weste…

I bought the abridged (500page) penguin version, the original is 3000pages. Sorry I don't know where to find it as a pdf.

I absolutely love books and writers from before the twentieth century on the topic of women, seduction, love, power, all of it. If you know of any more writers from this period like this please do share. The only other I know of is Casanovas autobiography (3000 pages, but Penguin do an abridged version). I'm going to try and find a pdf version of the book later (here's one, basic formatting, http://emc.elte.hu/~pinter/szoveg/Letters_of_Ninon1.pdf, but it doesn't have the second half of the gutte…

You have to be a social outcast who looks like a hunchback in order to not get laid in the UK. Not disputing you, just wondering what you mean, is it really that easy to get women in the UK? (I am English btw).

Recently I met a pretty girl that I got along well with, she was funny, but I have no way of getting her number for a few weeks, and even then, these occassions will be very short on time, after this, there is no way of me getting back in contact with her. I could have asked her for her number probably about a hundred times, and it would have been natural and she likely would have been very happy to give it to me. I've also found out my friend thinks she's nice too, which has punted my confidenc…

Thanks, I haven't re-evaluated, but yesterday I ate approximately 1000-1200cals, which hasn't been uncommon in recent weeks. I have never seen anyone on this site recommend going below that. I have exams coming up and I'm worry I'll stress eat and gain a tonne back.

I have eaten 500-1000cals below my daily recommended allowance for the whole time, it just stopped working a month ago. I eat one big meal a day after exercise, usually a chocolate milk with a meal half of which is meat. I do this just because its easier for me, I think only eating little meals would cause me to want more. Plus, as alan aragon says, macronutrient ratios are infinitely more important than timing, whether it's meals throughout the day, or intermittent fasting. Did you do a lot of …

How did you get to 10%? I've lost 30lbs since February, but I lost almost all of it in the first two months. The scale hasn't changed in over a month. I'm within the healthy BMI, and I've put on muscle and strength, but my lower stomach and hips are still chubby.

I agree, this is partly what I was trying to say. I believe this applies to any country and that travelling (if you would be willing to do that on it's own) is very good for finding women.

Everyone thinks their homelands girls are harder to get. I'm British, here you do not stop people on the street and talk to them unless you are asking for directions or the time. American women seem entirely approachable to this foreigner (this is clearly unreasonable), so if we both think our own girls are hard to approach, where as each others girls are easy, what does that tell you? That it's all in your head. I also know a few Australians who think their own girls are generally stuck up. In …

The British accent? That first video was in australia wasn't it? Brits are so common over there that I don't think it would be an advantage. I've also heard there are many Brits in the north eastern states of america, so maybe the best place to go with that accent is the west coast? Not sure what canadians think of it. Not that I have any evidence for this. Any brits in foreign countries here?

Did you count outloud or in your head? If you counted outloud, why didn't you count in descending order? And why are gaps between the number longer as you get to the higher number? That just shits all over the standardized units of time system that has served society so well. I feel I may have missed the bigger picture.
