All of my friends are elderly women. I cannot find a single women my age who shares my values where I live 😒 I'm sorry you are lonely

This is the truth. Opposite sex "friendships" are inappropriate and diraspectful at a certain point. Not to say you or your partner can't be friendly/ socialize etc with members of the opposite sex, but I would never say be friends.

I've noticed this as well. It seems to be off putting for a lot of women I interact with, unless they are older. Maybe due to insecurities? But for men it is the opposite. All ages are more attentive.

I just want to comment I am one of the few who had the Guardisil shots and am being tested for long term side effects. https://www.baumhedlundlaw.com/prescription-drugs/gardasil-lawsuit/gardasil-side-effects/

Depending on where you live if you go to the police station and let them know what is going on (in otherwords your concerned/its becoming harassment etc) and you don't want it to get to the point where it's violent/requires a restraining order, they may go have a very open discussion with him about what happens if he doesn't cut it out. Better to prevent it getting worse if you can

Am I dateable: Am I self sufficient? Is my person and home well maintained? Am I mentally well? Am I actively working to better my mental health? Do I have individual interests/ hobbies? Is my social group bettering me? Am I an active/caring friend? Am I a hard worker in my job/education? (Regardless of decisions to be a SAHM or continue into a career work ethic is always important) Are my beliefs/morals well established? Is about all I can think of at the moment.

I second, talk with him and not his family. But also the point about marriage and family may be accurate. Just be really open and no pressure. You are both very young still have time. Another year or so wouldn't be the end of the of the world if he really is the right guy for you. If you ended things now you would end up waiting another year or two anyways (potentially) with a new partner before engagement so 🤷‍♀️

I would recommend How to win friends and influence people (the book) as a start. Other self help methods may give a better grasp on how to move forward. Consistency is key no matter the path you choose to keep yourself accountable (like Journaling.) You may also want to seek a therapist to locate the underlying cause for your behavior if you cannot correct it yourself.

So, let me argue, the post doesn't specifically say that women need men. It says women need safety and stability. It implies that men can offer this, and the right man offers safety and stability to such a degree that his women will be transformative. Can women achieve the goals of safety and stability alone? Sure, but the idea of being gifted them by a wonderful partner allows both parties to grow. At least that was my takeaway.

I disagree. My boyfriend (ltr) is a computer gamer and likes watching anime. He does not collect items from the shows or advertise his preferences. He has a masters degree and is a hard worker. He is also very devoted and never leaves a task unfinished. I would say to rule someone out with a blanket statement like that is making relationships and personalities too black and white. There are many shades

F early 30s here. I'm in a serious time crunch at this point and it stresses me out constantly. Finally at point where children are feasible and I'm terrified it's too late or too complicated.

I think it's not necessary right to base the girls trial off of this, but discussions should be open to all viewpoints and perspectives and this one certainly does bring up an interesting point to mull over.

It was a stillborn. She panicked. Tried to cremate it. Couldn't and buried it. Sad overall.

When I'm home my go to is leggings and cute cozy sweaters in the fall and winter. Current SO feels it shows no effort and appears lazy, which I don't 100% disagree with. I am working on building a wardrobe of house dresses/sweater dresses to change my go to. Hautelook always has great sales and cute designer clothes.

Maybe it's odd, but I would rather treat my partner the same before and after marriage in matters concerning care. Yes, of course he looks after me or we wouldn't be in a ltr.

I feel it's something important that helps him tremendously or I wouldn't do it. I cleaned houses as a side job for while so it's easy for me. Leaves some of his off time free to spend resting or for us to spend together. Which he and I both prefer. ☆

I live separately from my boyfriend, he works full time in a demanding career, ( I work full time/ am a part time student) but I make it a point to run errands for him and clean his whole home weekly if possible. I also make an effort to ensure he always has a warm dinner if we're together, or even if I know hes working late, I'll leave dinner for him and his house tidy for when he gets home so he doesn't have to worry. Additionally I listen to what he says he likes and celebrate him with little…
