There is a difference between unadjusted pay gap and adjusted pay gap, the one I used was the former, (though I thought it was the latter). It seems there is a general consensus that there is a two cent gap between men and women, in men's favor. Actually, most of the discrimination I've heard women speak about related to sexual comments being made, the wage gap (obviously accounting for experience, work ethic, and so on), men being hired based upon potential while they're hired based upon current achievements, and being treated as if they were incompetent. I don't know how someone can call a man sexist for not choosing to go into a female-dominated field or a more 50/50 one.
