I understand where you're coming from, but 1. I still believe the most direct method of finding out someone's age is to ask, not matter the circumstance and 2. I would submit the counter-argument that 16 or even 17 is close enough to 14 to warrant asking his age given that the school peer group would range from 13/14 to 17/18.

I disagree. I am absolutely certain the judge means allegations of rape. It is a common refrain repeated over and over as a means of not (or lightly) punishing perjurers.

Initially it was confusing for me because there was no build up and no opportunity for "back and forth" since I was not on campus through their investigation. I also was lucky because I had a great reputation on campus; so that coupled with the number of people willing to call her a liar in public, made the impact very small. No one threatened me, I was only subjugated to whispers. I have had other circumstances which were far more damaging, but is out of the scope of this thread.

I was falsely accused in college. A girl, who was upset that I did not have sex with her, made the accusation when I was away from campus for a semester. When I returned to campus, I was quickly greeted by the police who informed me of the charges, but said they were not going to follow through because, fortunately, all of the other witnesses in the house (about 7 people) spoke on my behalf saying that I did nothing to her. I can dig what you are saying but I believe the judge's concern stem from the thought they were not dealing with interpretations but flat out lies and acts that even with the benefit of the doubt were actions against the court at minimum.

The issue is not how the boy would carry it. But how society carries it. If you speak about equality, then both CHILDREN should be treated the same as should their abusers. As an aside, notice how her pictures are all at one angle... I question her "hotness."

I disagree. I believe if you give men the same rights (again, even not considering abortion), then the number of "fatherless" children will drop like a rock because there will be no financial or other incentive behind it. The moral blackhole is what currently occurs and the legal blackhole is selectively applying legal frameworks to ensure it continues.

I believe #BLM is being used as a proxy by feminists. I saw it happen live at Rutgers and was shocked. The black kids protesting couldn't explain why they were - just saying he's "racist." One black student, who decided to pay attention to Milo, came away shocked that he agreed with him on most points.
