I am on contraception and still get PMS. I find be very active helps me, I joined the gym and such, and even though when I do feel like crying and lying in bed when everything hurts, I force myself to go to the gym and run 3K or something similar. That always helps me :)

I also hold a place in my student union and there are a few things that I have learnt about how to cope with things like this. The more i become submissive to my SO the happier and more fulfilling our relationship seems to become. By doing this the more my SO want to protect me and (dare I say it) love me. This makes me not only feel special and very loved but also makes me feel proud to have such a strong and protective man by my side :)
