1	Supplements I should buy as an 18 y/o aiming to bulk up and gain muscle? I would do whey protein once a day/2 a day if you’re bulking. Creatine isn’t really needed but it helps on a bulk. Don’t buy the cheapest, go for musclepharm/ON. I know some other very good yet less expensive companies if u need.
