8 hours without a bathroom break is too much. I'm not sure what's the basis of this. I've lived with dogs for almost 20 years and for at least the last 10 years the dogs were without bathroom breaks for 8 hours at a time, since going home for lunch wasn't a possibility for my parents (and later myself). Unfortunately, having one cell type be 650% of the size of corresponding cells of the other sex is even more ridiculous than the number difference. Edit: Additionally, the size of neurons doesn't really matter that much, since the processing power of the brain comes from interactions between neurons. Having larger neurons would likely only make the brain work slower due to larger distances and more molecules needed to produce sufficient concentrations needed for brain signal transmittance.

I recommend ice swimming instead of (or in addition to) cold shower. Most showers can't produce properly cold water, thus making the whole practice a bit meh, and the heat transfer is much stronger when you're fully immersed in cold water.

There is a huge difference here with the more common variety of friendzone - Kate was initially attracted to OP, but used logic as to why she should FZ him. In the more common style of how things go, the woman is initially not attracted, but the man hopes that she would see the logic of how good romantic mate he is. The first is easy, since women like to follow their instincts, the second is damn impossible for the same reason.

Great point about pre-screening the target group by selecting an appropriate venue. When/if I start to seriously look for a girl, I think I'm going to concentrate on bookstores, university cafes, student parties, etc, but first I have to learn how to be more attractive, and I though that a nightclub would have an infinite number of people with whom to train (but it turned out not to be the case)

No objections then. However, I would make this modular, so if the guy is already fit, for example, then he probably doesn't want to pay for that. However, if you are targeting the nerd population, then I don't think that would be an issue.

I agree with this. However, I want to emphasize that I was not trying to pick up anyone, or even get a number, just talk with some strangers to convince myself that people don't immediately eat someone who does that. Deciding my objectives before I left home reduced pressure and enabled me to finally go out (I still almost chickened out while walking to the bus stop).

I would not hire a full package like you described. I believe nutrition and fitness training would be better from dedicated coaches, but I would consider paying for image, style, posture, clothing etc training, since that is something I find very hard to be researchable from internet. A related business, something that I have thought about myself, would be to have fake girls who you could approach. My original idea was to have practice dates, but I can't see why it could not work for approaches …
