I use an exfolitating brush literly everyday it keeps my skin smooth and takes off all the dead skin cells. I also use coconut oil after shower and that keeps my skin moisturized. Something like this brush https://www.thebodyshop.com/en-us/body/accessories/cactus-long-handle-body-brush/p/p000057?gclid=Cj0KCQjw09zOBRCqARIsAH8XF1YJi4DeBExZOjRtWZ5JfI4jJgp-PwHFxw2cG_AvThGfJNTQAFk_ZgYaAiEhEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds&dclid=CPvV1Liw3NYCFcuiUQodTw0CaQ

You can't change the actions that got you here, but you sure as hell can decide your future. Thank you for the advice - everything you said really helps me put things into prespective, I have a habit of moping around and feeling sorry for myself so this really helps. thank you

He is actually on keto most of the time as well and really recommends it, the only thing is I am a vegetarian so keto will be more difficult for me to follow. I do realize I have to change my eating habits - either I eat a lot or not eat enough so I need to learn to find a balance. Thank you

Thank you, he has brought up potentially having kids in the future the last couple months so I think that goes in hand with him being concerned about my weight. I need to keep reminding myself that as much its for him, its actually for me as well regardless of how he and I end up.

Thank you. How were you able to diagnose thyroid problem? My sister and mom both have thryroid issues, couple years ago I did get a thyroid test done but it came on negative -- are there other tests that can diagnose it?

Thank you! I think you might be right to an extent on that its not that he has stopped going out with me its that I have been sending him the message that I do not want to go out, I have been keeping myself a bit isolated off and on so I can now see how he can think that I do not want to go out. Thank you!

Thank you! This perspective really helps. Especially when you said It's not necessarily that he's embarrassed of you, but there's nothing to show off at this point from his perspective. It makes a lot of sense, and get me out of this victim mindset of "oh look he is embarrassed by me" thank you!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
