1	New here. This doesn't seem to be working I've been slowly improving over the last 3 years. Before I even found red pill. There's other resources on being a responsible male. I've lifted since high school. I'm no body builder but i've always been strong. I'm not micromanaging and telling her how to do her job. I am doing the job myself so i know it gets done right. I probably just suck at delegating. But if something isn't done right and I want it done right then my options are to either do it myself or micromanage.
