Some of you may not agree, but let’s not mix political leanings with red pill ideas. Not everything in life has to be either liberal or conservative. You could be a red pill and a liberal or red pill and conservative or red pill and a no-political leanings. Not every person has to be a 101% staunch conservative or a liberal. I always felt such labels are a way to divide the population and then for politicians and media agencies to make make money and gain power. Just had to vent.

Reading this post makes me sad because I've been in the same position and had the same realization. I am sad but at the same time grateful to realize the truth and see women's nature for what it is. Sometimes I wish we could hamster this realization away and turn it into a dream Disney world. But guess what, the world doesn't give a shit and I don't have that option. Gotta face the truth and move forward.

The guys you may have seen it done are probably from 35+ Gen X or baby boomer generation where there were still a good number of wifeable women. I have personally lost hope for all women in the millennial generation (less than 35 years old).

What would you recommend to someone who has spondylitis and can't lift heavy weights (more than 10lbs.) I've been told by my doctor to focus on repetition with light weights. As per him, lifting 5lbs, 100 times regularly will produce same affect as lifting heavy weights.
