n=611(female)+329(male)=940 WEIRD[Western, educated, industrialized, rich and democratic] people. Study seems to be reasonable at least in Canada.

Gladwell epitomizes some of the best qualities of the modern journalist. He possesses a hunger for novelty and a powerful urge to help his subjects tell their stories in the most effective manner. He truly likes new ideas. Most writers have a small stock in trade of novel ideas that they came up with by age 30 or so and just keep using those over and over. Gladwell, in contrast, is constantly out there searching the human sciences for theorists with new notions. In Outliers, Gladwell offers expl…

The 14% BF target sounds reasonable. Thanks for the feedback, but I am going to be patient with this whole issue, specially, after knowing that reaching nice levels of D3 in blood can take quite a long time [at least a year]; I am doing 4000 IU/day of D3, same thing with micronutrients, still working on the optimal zinc [my next batch of zinc will come binded to cooper: optizinc] and planning to incorporate K2 as well.

I measured total T=350; currently supplementing D3,B-complex, zinc, magnesium, selenium, and iodine-enriched table salt for cooking. I'll check my T at the end of the year; I donated blood a few months ago because ferritin was too high=215; and that's recipe for disaster.

I've tried boron, waste of time at least for me.
/r/TheRedPill29/05/17 03:31 AM

if you are not receiving TRT, have you thought about supplementation? vit D3, zinc, Mg, eggs, selenium, B-complex, why protein? that's something you could try in the mean time? I have a similar issue, I am 350 total T and my PCP is very reluctant to refer me to endocrinologist, I am giving a try this entire 2017, I'll check early next year, so far so good, at least i have better erections and making real gains at the gym, but who knows...placebo...

What's your age, ethnicity and total/free testosterone values?

Not sure what to make of your misogyny comment thrown in at the end there. Elaborate if you want me to comment on it. I think this is the really nasty side of the redpill community, I would say some of us come here trying to understand how to get laid, but some learn this stuff and become total mysoginistics, bitch about american women, hate the legal system, family courts. That is really dangerous.Once they are done with that material they move into politics and then take the black pill [HBD ak…

how do deal with RSD? They have all the logistics sorted out, several veteran coaches, almost 20 years in the industry, bootcamps, residentials, infields, the debrief, hotseat? I don't see any other pick up company at the moment having the same level....

I would like to go down to Florida but it's too expensive. Hotel, food, transportation, entertainment, drinks plus the ticket. I believe it's really expensive for me to attend.

I love the presenters, You are really transform your product. how did you decide to change the agenda? moving from lifestyle coaching and then moving into the redpill/MRM/misogyny?
/r/TheRedPill27/05/17 08:46 PM

/r/TheRedPill24/05/17 02:40 AM

There's the often stigmatized concept of "vegans" as thin weak little hippies, and all the flack you are going to catch from your homeboys because you eject from their concept of what constitutes a normal diet. Read a bit more to see the real impact of vegetarian diets all over the world, check statistics for diabetes in India.

Similarly, diabetes type II can also be prevented and reversed on a Whole Foods plant-based diet. See the work of dr. Neal Barnard. Or check out his book REVERSE Diabetes Now. http://care.diabetesjournals.org/content/29/8/1777 sample size of this study is just a joke ! n=99

The amount of red meat consumed in the US very low. Americans are almost vegetarian at this point. protein is less than 20%. Meat does have iron but the major source of iron comes via grains. Iron fortification is mandatory in this country, and as told you before, we are almost vegetarian.

Olympic champions are doing crazy stuff for both mind and body, actually, the entire US female gymnastic team do drug themselves with ritalin.
/r/TheRedPill01/05/17 02:46 AM

Wrong, differences between coronary disease are explained by difference in iron between the sexes. Women menstruates had have babies which literally purges iron. grains are supplemented with iron in many countries including the US. The body does not have a way to regulate iron concentration, thus it is stored in the form of ferritin.

This is crazy insane, to let a self-help company charge you 1500 USD + hotel + food + Flights. Most of the guys will spend 50% of their presentation time trying to pitch you their products. This is just a win-win for the organizers and some of the presenters.

This is not the right forum for this type of question. Decision should be made based on facts. Engineering and CS forum are way better Do not derail this forum. for me it's just a fanciful way of trolling or attention whoring.
