If he keeps a tally of how much each of you are paying and complains this much because you pay only a quarter less than he does, he is stingy. Relationships are reciprocal, but they're not a business transaction. If you refused to pay at all he would have a point, but you are paying almost as much as him.

To him 5 is an average person That's normal, most people use 5 as average on the scale of 10. Being a 7 is a good thing. 7 is not low, it is above average. He even said subjectively to him, you are a 10, ie perfect. I'm baffled how you're disappointed with this. Not everyone can be a 10/10. Not everyone can even be above average.
