Only in recent history did we think women were intelligent enough to vote/work/etc, African Americans were actually human beings, etc. Just because it’s recent doesn’t mean it’s wrong. People in the past were just fucking stupid and I’m sure in a couple hundred years people will think that we are fucking stupid for some of the ignorant shit we do nowadays.

It “feels that way” because it’s become problematically normalized. Its a grown woman taking advantage of a young boy. It’s rape.

But if it were a male adult to a 15 year old girl would it be normal? It’s sickening in both directions because it’s rape in both directions. Just because it’s more “normal” in one direction doesn’t make it any less fucked up.
