Only thing I would change next time (if you actually said it like that) is maybe to say more; would you like to grab xxx instead lf I want to take you out. Feels more non pressure

This sounds like you are overthinking it. You say 'in the dating' game, so you are still talking to her even though you believe she is not interested? (Which is fine, but it doesnt seem you are interested in staying friends)
/r/seduction19/09/22 03:21 PM

OP is wltight and wrong. You do need to be more confident, have hobbies or passions and just take care of yourself. But she then focuses too much on what she likes. Just focus on what you like in life without putting other people down and do it confidently.
/r/seduction08/09/22 07:16 AM

But she also goes
/r/seduction13/08/22 07:09 AM

I mean you dont need to go to clubs if you dont enjoy it, but if you would go you would see people still talk to each other even if its loud.
/r/seduction31/07/22 04:00 PM

You are looking too deep into it man. There are just women that I enjoy spending time with that I dont need to fuck. Has nothing to do with validation.
/r/seduction30/07/22 05:28 PM

Just talk to her. Dont grab her waist without talking.
/r/seduction30/07/22 04:17 PM

This reads so sad. It is fine to have female friends.

Think you have other stuff to work on if you need a shot before the date. Drinking during is fine though and it will also loosen up tbe date (from both sides)
/r/seduction15/07/22 02:54 PM

Maybe it comes with age. Also it depends on how long they are sleeping together. If it is already months and they both like eachother, telling that will not scare her away. If it is only a few weeks and OP confesses his love for her, jep that has a high chance to fail. You really need to have a sense to feel those things out. But being open is always the best way to go because it means you stay true to yourself
/r/seduction09/07/22 10:57 AM

Why are you acting like emotions are a bad thing. OP is writing cringy love stuff on reddit, obviously he has feelings. And having feelings is not a bad thing. As long as you can communicate in a healthh way
/r/seduction08/07/22 11:02 PM
23

I mean feelings change over time. There is no codebook for emotions. If u want to stay fwb then say nothing, if u want more then maybe ask how she feels about things
/r/seduction08/07/22 09:06 PM
4

If that is what OP wants? Most important is that he stays true to himself and mot be in a fwb with someone who he is in love with. Being vulnerable is ok if you go about it in the right way
/r/seduction08/07/22 09:04 PM

What has this sub become? The advice is so bad. If you are in love with her, you should tell her how you feel. The last thing you want is forever wondering if she feels the same. If you are in love and she isnt, you will only end uo getting more hurt in the longterm. Obviously dont tell her these words as its a bit crinch, but you can tell her how you feel.
/r/seduction08/07/22 08:54 PM
9

Yeah I think that is just onfortunate. Ive heard different excuses from women and they have felt a bit inbelievable (when it happene too often). I guess yours too, even though it really was true. Hope your mom is well now.
/r/seduction28/05/22 01:42 PM
1

But you shouldnt worry about this. Yes there are gonna be people who wont want you because of your skin color or because they want a stereotype. But those things dont matter in dating (as long as they are not directly telling you that or being racist). There are enough women who dont care about that stuff. Focus on yourself and what you can improve. Im 28 now and if I look back at 22 year old and insecure me, I can not believe how much I changed in many regards, but also dating.
/r/seduction16/05/22 06:10 PM
3

To be honest, I think you might have different issues. You might be right in your experiences, but as a black guy who is not 'stereotypical' (even though i dont like that) I used to be quite insecure about stuff and also some of the stuff you mentioned. But as I learned to be more confident in myself, my personality, boundaries etc I had no issue dating with women in general but also white women (longterm). Not sure where you live but I think your case wouldnt really hold in liberal cities
/r/seduction16/05/22 04:46 PM
1

What are you exactly scared for? In my case, I was scared that people would think I was bed in bed after the first time. Probably I was quite bad tje first time but did it with someone nobody knew and nobody cares after anyway. But at the time, that was in my head. After you do it, you will realise it is not a big deal at all
/r/seduction09/05/22 02:38 PM
1

You shouldnt tell all your dramas and insecurities on a firdt date, but it is good to show vulnerability. I am surprised Models is not thing mentioned as the top comment, because that goes into it in so much and good details.
/r/seduction13/04/22 05:06 PM
1

There is nothing about your personality in here which is the most important part. Do the guys you are comparing yourself to have a better personality?
/r/seduction21/03/22 10:26 PM
2

I just think it doesnt sense that men are judging women who are sleeping around but are perfectly fine if they sleep around themselves. Not sure what you are trying to point out for me, I was just calling out OPs behavior based on his last sentence.
/r/seduction02/03/22 06:54 PM
1

Your last sentence probably says a lot about your attitude towards girls. Why would you not want a girl that has been sleeping around? You feel less special if you would hook up with her? She is not allowed to enjoy herself sexually (and you are?)
/r/seduction02/03/22 03:48 PM
1

Lol. Although I feel like in LA you could do easily like a hiking date or something and bring some picknick with you that shouldnt cost much either
/r/seduction18/01/22 10:24 AM

Is it really that common in the US that tje guy pays for everything? When I was dating (in the netherlands), I would go out to 2 different bars. First bar 2 drinks each I pay, second bar the same and the girl almost always insist on psying that one. Thats like 15 dollars.
/r/seduction18/01/22 07:24 AM

A lot of comments here show the bad state this sub is in.
/r/seduction31/10/21 04:52 PM

Yes but if she is saying she is not interested or has a boyfriend that should be the queue to leave
/r/seduction22/08/21 09:05 PM
3

Most of the times it happens naturally, but in case it doesnt: You are talking and assuming sitting close to each other. When she is talking and you are having eye contact I used to say: "hey be quiet for a bit". She will be wondering why you said that and then you just go for the kiss (and the rest should follow if she also wants it ofcourse).
/r/seduction22/08/21 09:02 PM
0

Yeah, I think this sub just has a lot of guys who went from niceguys to overcompensating and thinking they need to be 'alpha' or whatever that means. Ive had a similar process (although I think not that extreme). At one point they will figure out you can be confident and not needy without being a dick to women or others and just be comfortable with who you are.
/r/seduction12/08/21 09:17 PM

Your beginning was good. But come on, 'add an additional hurdle? Have her pay for everything?' How old are we? She showed respect by pursuing something serious with someone she know before OP, if anything, that makes her more dateable (especially since OP claims he is looking for a connection and not fuck around'
/r/seduction11/08/21 08:36 PM
6

So sad to see the state of these reactions. She hadnt even met OP and decided to pursue something serious. How is that wrong? She reached out once it didnt work out, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. I would even say its super healthy behavior, this stuff happens. OPs reaction with "I wont be someones 2nd choice or I could have 99% fucked her if I said yes" just shows OPs immaturity. How are you second choice if someone who she knew gets picked over you, who never met her. Come on I t…

Because when you do it when you dont know somebody yet or not that much, being so heartfelt feels like you are validating that person for no good reason. She probably feels like she hasnt done anything yet for you to feel that way and that comes off as desperate. And ypu shouldnt feel so infatuated so soon anyway (although I get that it happens, I am the same sometimes).

How does this have so much upvotes? You dont have to play games to get women. In fact, you shouldnt. Probably in your case you were too needy, and yes thats a turn off. Thats not playing games at all. A needy girl would probably turn off most men as well. Ofcourse there needs to be something interesting about you for her, otherwise the relationship is not going to fun. Thats not playing games. Just focus on improving yourself in all areas of your life: career, hobbies, health and for sure girls …

Not to be a dick, but people are still meeting others in the same way. If you are not doing it know, you wouldnt have been doing it in the 90s either
/r/seduction13/06/21 10:00 PM

Man this is bull. Ofcourse woman like muscles. But as a fairly skinny guy, decent looking (I would say), good career for my ages and friends and hobbies I am able to get plenty of dates with women I'd consider attractive. Should you hit the gym? Absolutely yes. Not just to pick up girls but also for your own health and fitness.

So many 'dont ask again, only ask once or whatevers' Obviously dont wait around for her and keep dating, but if at the end of the summer you are still getting along there is no negative in asking her again
/r/seduction07/06/21 09:27 PM

There is no one way cures all, but in my experience if you are somewhere and you feel there is a moment to do it, but are a bit scared I'd do the following: At that point you might still be talking and I would just say "be quiet for a bit". She'll be surprised or some sort and then just go for the kiss. But the moment needs to be there.

I am Dutch, so its the same. And sleeping with and dating is a different thing. I am 27 and cant imagine dating someone who is 18, your concept of life is just so different at that age. I am such a different person when I was 18 than I am now. If you are at a bar and you meet an 18 year old, sure. But if I see a 30 year old guy properly dating an 18 year old you automatically wonder what is wrong with him.
/r/seduction25/05/21 06:24 AM

If you think a man's worth is still measured based on how rich he is, I dont know what to tell you. DiCapria is not the greatest example here. A 65 year old Berlosconi was also dating 18 year olds, doesnt mean it is nkt creepy. Your life experience is so different when you are 30 than an 18 year old. What can you really talk about? Most of the time the 30 year olds that date these younger girls are doing it because they cant get someone their age (because women with more experience see right thr…

If you cant see any problems with a 30 year old dating an 18 year old though its legal, then you have a lot to learn my friend

People are discussing if he made the right or wrong move. But there is no right or wrong move here (except the guy talking about blowing back's out, that is definitely WRONG lol). If by saying you are not looking for friends, that was a perfectly right move. It's also perfectly fine to become friends with girls. It can definitely be fun and they might introduce you to some other friends of theirs and it widens your social circle. As long as you dont become friends in the 'hope' that she turns ar…

If she wants to feel comfortable first ask her to do an activity out of your house, something fun. Probably she doesnt want to come to your home directly on the first date.

There are so many people in here that that think being more agressive would get you the number? If she says she has a boyfriend, she either has a boyfriend or is not interested. Any attempt after is just pathetic or douchemove. Also any advice that saus to just give her your number doesnt make sense. If you ask and she is interested, she will give it. Giving your number is changing 0% on whether she is interested or not.
/r/seduction16/04/21 06:40 AM

You can also ask him for his number :) Good chance he was scared to ask for it, also if your friends where there. Maybe add him on social and ask to get a coffee or something.

Thats when they are desperate? If thats the kind of girls you want to attract.. And it seems to me that girls in their late 20s know more what they want compared to a mid 20s girl

Sorry to say but you are a bit delusional. Not every woman is the same. Some women just dont want to sleep with someone they dont know that well and dont want to screw around. Everyone is different. You cant impact that by being more 'alpha'. If your 'years of experience' thaught you to ditch a girl if she doesnt immeditately want to have sex with you then I feel bad. If you are just looking for sex, sure thats fine and you can move on. But you dont know anything about OP or his intentions and y…

How does this have so many upvotes? OP said that she didnt have sex with him because she is scared that he would then ditch her after. That is the exact opposite of giving off boyfriend vibes, as she is scared he is a guy eho uses girls for sex only. OP, she did it because she likes you and sees longterm potential and doesnt want for you to ditch her. If you are a decent person you have 2 options, depending on what you want: If you actually only want sex with her and nothing else, be honest with…

/r/seduction07/11/19 10:33 PM

The fact that you told her you would text her and then blocked her from everything says more about you. At least break up like a man.

I mean there are gonna be girls who are not into black guys but also girls who are so your only standard should be that they are attractive

Yes I dont get why everyone is so against texting. I've mostly seen an advantage from it.
/r/seduction29/12/17 03:48 PM

I'm going against the grain, but I would text inbetween. Adjust your pace to her in regards of time between texts, but dont overthink it. If you are genuinely busy with hobbies/work/school you wont have much time to text anyway. In my experience (im 24) girls actually like to text inbetween, ig you go cold turkey until one day before the date just to confirn they might have made other plans already. A few texts a day wont harm you

I succeeded if I had a more fun night out than staying at home. Maybe even if it was worse than staying at home, cause then you still went out instead of staying at home,

As a Dutch guy, I figured out it was some sort of saying, although I haven't heard someone say Dutch courage before. But I can imagine someone who's native langue isn't English, to mistake it for you being Dutch.

As long as you have fun doing it and are not afraid to tell other people because they might think it's lame I don't think it will be a problem. If you love your work and are passionate about it, it won't be a dealbreaker.

I would at least confirm the date again, a few hours before you decided to meet up next time. Then you at least know if she's flaking on you before you get all dressed up and go to the meeting spot and get stood up.

Also from the Netherlands here. My sister got cold approached a few weeks ago. She was very open minded to it. But maybe that was because she knows I read this stuff as well, and she knows people who do cold approach are trying to make themselves a better person. If you always have the time to text back instantly, you should find some things to do in your life. I guess (some might disagree) it's not terrible to text back one evening or something when you really don't have anything else to do, but don't do it all the time.

Hey man. I'm black as well and the problem definitely isn't that, although I don't have the, what you might call, a stereotypical black personality what a lot of black people have in my opinion, or at least some traits. For some while I thought I should have at least some of those traits. That didn't solve anything. What solves it is you just being comfortable with being you and then it doesn't really matter. Girls will like you if you are just confident and comfortable with yourself. And some m…

This was really good to read. I did a study semester abroad and when I was there I did all kinds of activities and really got out of my comfort zone. Texting costed money after a certain amount texts. Whatsapp uses very little data. Also, you can create groupchats and do a lot more with it.
