Besides avoiding nasty bacteria, a microbiologist buddy warned me years ago to not consume raw eggs. Something about albumin messing you up. | 1 | It's not just time management, it's energy management.I can recommend a few things that helped me. Remember ISIS is a bitch (Illness & Injury, Stress & Sleep Deprivation). Keep those 4 factors under control, however works best for you. I love BWST and it's called by other names too...Convict Conditioning, Street Workout, Beast Skills, Progressive Calisthenics, etc. Get the best books and video instructors that you can.
