My brother has asperger's and has no problem attracting women as he is tall slim and exotic looking but he completely messes up and I've tried to help him with social activities but they don't last. I will definately point him to this post.

What you described is essentially you're a good guy, a nice guy. Women feel comfortable being around you. Muscles *may* help but attraction is a state. Are there any women that you talk to that you're physically attracted to? Then why not flirt with them? Flirting rather than having a safe/normal conversation will build that attraction for you. Go to the gym for you, not for anyone else.

I remember when as a kid I used to meditate at around the age of 13, yeah, I was interested in the esoteric arts even then. I was calm, laid back, but a little shy and quiet. But, I had a kind of permanent smirk/smile on my face. I didn't understand at the time but the girls at school were always around me, one even said that smirk turned her on, pity I was so green and naïve that I didn't understand what that term even meant. If only I could go back in time...

No quick solution really. Getting the reps in is the only way. One way is to not force yourself in having a certain outcome. Amuse yourself, think of any great time you had when you were younger, it'll put a smile on your face, you'll relax a little, have a lighter mood. Women can sense these things.
