2	Awesome response Not completely true. Pure African descent people have the greatest genetic diversity amongst themselves out of any ethnicity. This is due to the founder effect - google it. It's not a case of non Africans having super limited DNA variation, rather a nudge in that direction and having less genetic variation among each other than Africans have.
