I would count that as a yes since clearly, she liked your offer and pretty sure would've agreed on it if she was free. You should see this as a victory. Let it be asking out a girl or even just asking someone a question. If you think "what if" and it stops you then what that means is that your chance of achieving or knowing the thing you want becomes 0% instead of a yet unknown chance.
