Basically, in my State, a judge is unlikely to approve a move to reduce parenting time unless there is a specific benefit for the child. The boyfriend can move to you. You should discuss what that range is on all the issues (parenting time, child support, alimony/maintenance, and property division) with your attorney. You should ask your attorney to make a proposed settlement in the range early in the case and see if you can get the matter settled in the 20 hours if possible. Often pension plans have annual statements that show the amount of service credit earned with an estimate of the monthly pension payment. Sometimes they include an estimated current value of the pension. Normally a present value of the pension is the monthly pension amount multiplied by 12 for the annual amount multiplied by 20.
