–	The Marine Corps gets it Plus, the UCMJ is very vague on consenting while drunk, there is no set limit to how much you can drink before you can no longer consent. It simply states that a person may be unable to consent due to drugs, intoxicants, or similar substances.	/r/MensRights	22/02/16 10:46 PM
–	The Marine Corps gets it I wish it was more like this, but a lot of SAPR briefs still put it more in the light of males being perpetrators, and in cases where both were drunk, the male is usually still seen to be at fault.	/r/MensRights	22/02/16 10:24 PM
