5	I'm struggling brothers We with u man....and we understand your feeling of total emptiness....my 11 year marriage crashed for similar reasons to yours. I was even suicidal. It hurts man.. but the good news is that you will get over it....takes time that's all. Start doing things that interest you, in my case it was the outdoors and camping. The solitude let me grieve. 6	Was MGTOW even a choice for me? I'm the same age...ex wife was the hottest thing I've ever seen..but used sex as a weapon. The frustration was killing me, and I wouldn't cheat on her.
