2	Nice try bitch But specifically with height, the metric is used formally. In the informal setting, we would use imperial. But using metric informally isn't uncommon either. There is no reason why you wouldn't know your own height in cm. In fact, using cm would be better, since anyone claiming to be 6 feet has a lot of wiggle room. Same goes with weight.
