1	(University student) What I've learnt about women in the workplace. I would add that you’d be wise not to enter a female dominated field. Working in the mental health field really opened my eyes, they wonder why there are so few male counselors, therapists and social workers, well it’s because we’re treated like garbage and have to pick up the slack while living up to standards that the female employees aren’t held to. Anyways, I found a field where I can work for myself, I was previously in a female dominated field and really struggled with my mental health after several relocations and having my time abused because I “don’t have a family at home”.
