Here is what you should do. Go to Target, or Wal Mart. Buy a scale that also measures body fat %. Now these scales aren't going to give you a dead on the nose accurate measure of body fat. I think you're failing to realize how rare rape is reported. If we received 3 or 4 rape reports in the last 3 years, we're in the neighborhood of around 200 reports of other varieties. I think what gets lost in this discussion, is that reports of rape are rare. Very rare. We've only had a handful in the last 3 or so years. The vast majority of reports are somewhere else on the continuum of this topic, where ruining someones life isnt necessarily in the cards. I think you're on the right track, since so many are certainly low SMV types.

Thanks, our counsel/consultant who trains us avoids things like making any of this statistics based. It creates a loaded gun if you go into every scenario with statistics swirling around in your head. Whether you believe its 10% of rape claims are false or 60% are false, thats a global or national statistic. If we get 2 rape reports in an entire year, both may very well be false. That puts our "statistic" at 100%. We're not a public university with 60,000 students, we have maybe 10,000 total.

I'd be curious to know the relationship between the size of the institution and rate of falsification. We move to falsifying a report in 1 in 20 cases, and receive admissions from the alleged perpetrators maybe more often than law enforcement might ever receive. Probably due to the civil nature of a education institution being subject to Title IX and not the criminal justice standards of state law etc.

The Campus Save Act, has asked (and some states too) all schools to do a campus climate survey about sexual assault etc on campus. Guess what we're going to ask about? An actual report of rape, is much more rare than the media might have you believe. There is an FBI study of law enforcement in general, that suggests about 5% of reports are false.
