Be attractive is probably the easiest way , doesn’t even need to be just physically attractive but is the most effective. Dressing well , having high status or being extremely charismatic can help but you gotta show you are interested as soon as possible .

Cold approach at the gym is only valid if you have a solid physique and you are also attractive . Tô increase your odds you must make friends with the most amount of people there possible first so now you have social proof and you are not just some random guy . Yea , usually most people looks less attractive on glasses due to lack of style or picking the wrong frames for their head shape and haircut. Otherwise it doesn’t matter . I get a lot of compliments when I wear glasses but it only fit with certain clothes style . So most of the time I don’t wear one .
