Either way, in my experience, texting is a tool to get them to meet you in person. Seduction doesn't happen on the phone, it happens in the moment in person. As for your experience in person, if you've been doing this for a while, you can start to tell when there's no chemistry. | 9 | Interested but slow repliesText her and ask her to meet up. No, don't call her out (that's like saying "I have nothing going on in my life please fill the empty void"). She doesn't have to be "good at replying" so long as she replies to your meet up text. If she can't meet you, try a couple more times (depending on how you feel about her at this point) spread out over several days. If she still won't meet, she's wasting your time.
