The solution that works for me is that I talk to a lot of people I randomly see. The girl or guy next to me in line at the coffee shop, the person next to me in class or the grocery store. Every time I see someone interesting I talk to them and try to build rapport and a real connection. Try to talk to different people and establish connections with them.
