I've definitely gained about 5 pounds of body fat in the past 6-7 months and it's terrible. I was working a physically demanding job and left, and since have found another (albiet a bit less physcial) job and can hopefully burn it off. Going from Spring wearing pants to summer wearing shorts and back to fall as of recent and realizing your pants don't fit is a shitty discovery. Also abs fucking rule.
