The publisher owns the IP. The buy the copyright from the developer. I'm pretty certain that it was even done intentionally do they could reuse assets and thereby rduce costs.

Idk like 95% of the cleaning personal in Europe is female. The only male dominated area is specialised cleaning like industrial cleaning. If there is a janitor he's responsible for stuff like repairs but I never seen them clean anything.

Isn't cleaning personal overwhelmingly female? It's not like women only get top jobs. Cleaning and caring for sick or elderly people are typical female jobs and while not physically exhausting they can be pretty mentally exhausting and literally shitty.

Every explanation is a dumbing down. That's the very nature of it. Any explanation that would be on the same level would be a statement and not an explanation. The degree of dumbing down obviously various but if an expert talks to a layman it might have to be quite considerable in order to make communication possible.
