Yeah its solid. Like I said as a beginner its all about staying consistent. 3x a week on this program is great. I find with new lifters they come out so gung-ho lifting 6x a week they totally burn themselves out in 2 weeks and return back to their fat state. At the end of the day its 90% diet so make sure to keep that in check. After about 12 weeks of Strong lifts you will be ready to switch it up so hit me up if you need a new program.

How fat are you? If you are skinny (under 12%) up your carbs to 60% Protein 30% Fat 10%. If you are not cut the carbs back to 20% and up the fat and just remember consistency is key in lifting and gaining size. There is no miracle program it is all about continually doing it. I was in this situation without the parents and not as big of a debt. The best thing I ever did was get out. I was full on beta and the day she decided I wasnt good enough was the best day of my life. It gave me the motivation/kick in the ass to get out there and better myself. 2 years later I have a better job, better woman and am overall happier. Once you hit Beta Orbiter the only thing you can do is back out. Ditch her and if she comes back then you can retry something. Best bet in that case is just go for it.
