I'm ethnically Egyptian, born and raised in Australia. I accept this challenge. I have been using f.lux for years now and I can attest to its usefulness and I've been going on and off on polyphasic sleep cycles but the adaptation period turns me into a zombie. I'll try it again soon and hope no one disturbs my naps. Edit: regarding caffeine, I quit coffee one month ago due to my obsessive addiction to it (>5 cups a day). Never be a slave to addictions.
