Meditating as others have suggested may eventually help alleviate your anxiety, but if you are open to it I would suggest researching into psychedelic mushrooms. I feel you and would be lying to say I haven't researched into game. There are many positive aspects of it but it's not the quick fix many want it to be. Eating clean and consistent exercise won't get you in bed with an attractive female unless you talk to them. I guess I underestimate the amount of social awkwardness that exists in society today.
