My bro got married 10 years ago at 28, dated this girl from like 25 or something. I have a pic of them at a party from when they were 25. Wife now weighs probably double what she used to... maybe even more. no exaggeration. I really want to post the old pic to his facebook like "awww look at the nice pic I found from years ago! you 2 were so cute lol"

I really don’t know how I’m not dead living alone for a decade now. If I want something picked up, I pick it up. If I don’t want to pick it up, it sits there till I feel like it. If we live together and you want something picked up, pick it up. If you don’t like doing that, leave it there. If you don’t like any of that, there’s the door. There will be NO moving in and then deciding you don’t like my tidiness level and then going on Reddit to complain. If you don’t like ANY of this, you are free …

I was so beyond paranoid with my last gf.... condom everytime, NEVER finish inside, tie the condom, hide the condom, check for leaks.... My anxiety still didn't relent. this is when I finally went full mgtow and now beyond happy that it's never something I have to worry about came to actually enjoy being without a gf or any sort.

I don't have children and lead by example mostly. My buddy's kid is 14 and he sees me with no wife or kids lots of expendable cash and play video games for 8 hours some days... he thinks that's pretty cool and that's all I try to show him. you CAN do this too... what 14-25 year old really wants nothing to do with girls though?
/r/MGTOW218/03/21 02:47 PM
1

maybe, but it will never work, even if a kid is like Yeah! no women! whatever I want to do all the time! they are slave to hormones and as soon as some woman agrees to have sex with him he'll likely be all in with it which often leads to pregnancy as the story goes. my buddy's kid is 14 and he sees me with no wife or kids and I just play video games for 8 hours sometimes and he thinks that's the coolest thing... he's told his dad that's what he wants to do. /r/MGTOW216/03/21 08:37 PM

United states here. I wouldn't say I don't have respect for women. I have the basic human respect that I think everyone kinda has. I just don't give a FORK what they do in their personal life, I want nothing to do with it. I work with 90% women (hospital) so my life would be trash if I couldn't stand them. I report to women 3 levels above me with no problems really. My life is wonderful and freeing with zero desire to date any of them, so I leave it at that generally.

my friends kid is 14, he's actually becoming one of my closest gaming buddies. never ever would I have thought of that. Friend told me his wife was pregnant and I was just kinda pissed for a while knowing it would take his time away from me. years later I talk to the son more than the dad lol

yeah it's like... do your best as a parent.... kids will probably help you to some degree... probably. but that is a terrible reason to have children, they could give you the middle finger at 18 and never see you again

forever I thought it was just something that happens, everyone does it, why should I be any different. As I got towards mid 30s thought, found leykis, redpill and mgtow I kind of learned that I am perfectly happy without children. Just me and a pet or 2. We are NOT anti-woman. We just see how much of a friggin risk a dude runs by signing up for this legal document. Not worth it. D. Youtube search Tom Leykis and aim for the mid 2000s content. I feel like maybe kind of bad that in her expression and in the text she feels like she's offering something of value. saying there is a string of losers in your life says more about you than about them priority kids? good. so someone needs to be serious... what could that mean. you have to be serious at working hard at my attention.

yeah and that is all fine socially... then we describe real women cooking cleaning and raising children and keeping a tidy house for when the real man comes home.... everyone loses their shit this world makes one SO aware of the double standards it's infuriating I will be a tall slave with a built in ATM if some girl does cooking cleaning and isn't being a bitch. well for me, I have a high end VR set and the ... adult content is pretty amazing. Sound is 100% life... visual is prob 80-90%. The only thing you won't get is the skin to skin of course. For me to not have to deal with anyone still in my bedroom after I'm done is well worth the trade-off. Easily pull of the headset, set it down, and get back to my original game. Someday with some sort of haptic glove I'm interested to see what more immersion can be.

I work with mostly women also and I actually have a reputation for not wanting a relationship. They just know this based on conversations. a bit older, but, you don't really need to try to get them out entirely... we've been chasing them around and doing ANYTHING to see them naked for 200,000 years. Hard to fight back against that. You can use a logical thinking process, which you did in your post, to just avoid the major traps. Keep it as you would for anyone else you would that comes into your life. I've opted out of dating for maybe 3 years now. It is SO freeing to look around, enjoy how a woman looks, and move on to something way more interesting. I really don't care what women do or don't do. you MIGHT have sex with me, chances MIGHT increase if I get an item from my wishlist... This idea is fantastic! Trade items of value for sex, or the chance of sex! why hasn't this been done since the the times of early humans? I love that it's the fact that it's an implied CHANCE at sex that keeps it legal. Why can't we just straight up say, sex for camera, done transaction.

They are fine, they do the job they supposed to, and they all like me. It is SO freeing looking around work at all the cute women and knowing I will not be exploring anything beyond fun work banter with them.

It’s really these two options. Like 0.5% left is the awesome woman whose husband died saving orphans or something but mostly it’s just bad decisions. Why women get so bent out of shape at us acknowledging this fact and avoiding, I’ll never understand.

just ask any women about the ex they had a kid with he's a jerk, he's a creep, he's a pos, he's a deadbeat ... really... then why did you procreate with a worthless shit of a person.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/20 08:58 PM

relationships are just two people who can stand each other ... maybe even like each other a bit if they lucky... and one hasn't decided to leave yet. this whole idea that there is one magical person who does it in every way for you ... and you them... is ridiculous. That person with you? You, and they, can always do 1 better.

I read once somewhere around these parts, ewalt, enough women are like that I liked that one best because it gets the banshees that shriek NAWALT at us off our backs, and we don't have to use absolutes like awalt. there is a post on waitbutwhy.com about the primal mind and higher mind. I like to think of my higher mind as seeking out higher levels of happiness than the primal mind just wanting to find food and sex
/r/MGTOW223/11/19 03:29 PM
2

it is primal, you're right. I also kinda wish I was aromantic or asexual. at 40 years old I am plenty satisfied with watching yoga pants walk by and maybe some xvideos later on. so, in the case that I might be older than you, it does kinda go away a bit with age. and it is lovely to not be so controlled by my primal instinct. It can take a backseat.

She does home stuff, hangs out with other wives in the neighborhood, and is happy when husband gets home. all is pretty well. but now she can go to work. in fact, all the women can go to work. they all have bfs and live-ins and husbands, and say they are all ok guys. chances are more like he was probably getting tired of her shit and was googling relationship stuff, red pill and mgtow gave him the courage to finally say SEEYA no one really knows how they actually were, you're right, but generally the story goes that way. most of us were nice guys to the end of time and kept getting stepped on by women and their demands and finally found groups like this and said No More.

I'm 40 and have lived with 1 woman for 3 years 10 years ago, and had roommates for 2 years 20 years ago. I live alone in a studio and love it, no end of solitude in sight. Just like I like it. We are social creatures and I will never argue with that. I get plenty of socialization at work and I live in a city so I can just go outside. I vote yes, but you have to know yourself. If you get depressed living alone, find the best roommate you possibly can.

procreation some dudes do want children. I dunno, the ones who really actually want kids instead of just being nagged into it? maybe 20%. just a guess. but, to do that, the dude has to put himself at such risk. financial, psychological, and emotional risk, as you said. if dudes really truly knew that before having children with someone, I think the percentage would be more like 5%

why does the spiritual thing bug you? I kinda align with the idea, although I don't really say it. Like, my dog died, and she was cremated, and I was devastated. Cremation returns all her carbon to the atmosphere so I get a certain peaceful feeling from knowing that she is kinda ... everywhere. it is a lot more digestible when you have been properly Effed over by a woman you are in a relationship with. Especially after doing EVERYthing you believe she wants, and none of it works. The willingness to walk away from any situation in life gives you all the power. If your partner is doing things you don't like, you can dance around for weeks at a time trying to fix it, or just say K bye. K bye is like a super power. And it works for both genders. one of the top things a dude thinks he signs up for in a relationship or marriage is sex on tap, pretty much anytime anywhere. When that dries up, and he's not allowed to look for it elsewhere, he says wtf. Hence the spreadsheet. I say good for him for taking the time to do it.

I don't especially believe in romantic love. We can like the way a woman looks. If she looks good and she's not being a nasty cunt to us, we're sort of indifferent to her. If she looks good, not being nasty, and is actually being sweet and kind and fun to be around we can probably like her a bit more. This magical lens though? I don't think so. Attractive people are generally attractive. No amount of lens will help unattractive people.

this pushes the boundaries of the platonic meaning though ... if the dude is only at bay while his options are many, doesn't that negate the understood meaning of "platonic"? hello friend, I will only not try to have sex with you as long as I get it elsewhere, is that ok with you? that's a big elephant in the room

platonic friends, op said. your female friends are so unattractive that you've never once imagined them naked? I find that hard to believe
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/18 10:25 PM

lol you're both physically repulsed by each other? ok, sure, I'll buy in if you are both totally unattractive to each other.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/18 10:23 PM

platonic friends, specifically... as in, no romantic feelings in either direction. I say, sure, if both parties are unattractive. If one is even slightly attractive, plato flies out the window
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/18 10:21 PM
2

if you go to them and lick your lips and say "I have wanted you to nail me for SO long" pretty much the opposite of Platonic would happen. Unless you're really unattractive of course ... dunno, never seen you

~~:all these links are NSFW: unfortunately I wiped my PC a couple months ago, and skyrim went with it. Haven't gotten back around to modding it again, although it has crossed my mind. yep, I feel like most of us are pretty tame. had our experiences and find them not worth it. I feel a sense of calm knowing my last gf has departed for good, and an even larger sense of calm thinking of my decision to really probably not have another one. being safe is key. If you're humping, you're playing russian roulette. Some find that risk worth it. I did. But no more. I can wank and have a grand ol time ... then go back to whatever it was I was doing with no one annoying me. Ugh, and that …

That is a kickstarter I would get on board with. Can I follow you anywhere? I am super interested in this sort of thing. I have spent 100s of hours modding skyrim to be a complete male fantasy for me. All my houses were full of women dressed in exactly what I wanted them to be in talking as much as I programmed them to do. All looking great with zero shit testing. They never got jealous when I went to visit a different house. I would be very interested in a digital product with virtual female co…

game threads are filled with that junk. makes me sad a little bit. but then, no. Makes me happy that I don't put up with that bs anymore, or ever again for that matter. /r/MGTOW02/09/18 02:00 PM

yes indeed. a lot of my financial success came from tracking every single dollar I spend each month. Phone app with manual inputs that watch cash flow. I really like seeing the blue color rather than red. I have a friend who has always spent as little as possible so he didn't need it, but tracking is what finally worked for me. A first HUGE step is just taking a damn look at income and outgo. Spend less than you make. Sounds easy, but it sure ain't at first.

it's more of a long game than a "put it all on black" type of thing https://investor.vanguard.com/mutual-funds/profile/VTSAX is a popular one. You can get started with a few hundred dollars. Really, 1st step is participating in employer retirement plan. If there is money left over after that you can sweep it into index funds with generally favorable results. The company retirement plan will be pretax dollars so you lower your taxable income which is nice, also.

i much prefer the "look what I did/have" posts over the "dae think women are awful?" most of us think women are intolerable in relationships and have moved past red pill rage. I like reading how people are going their own way and what they bought instead of spending money on chicks.

I found it too late never too late, we should enjoy what time we have left from any point forward. stoicism I've found a LOT of the ideas go hand in hand with this. Started reading about stoicism, hedonism, minimalism, and frugality all around the same time. Learned to be happy with what I have. And what I have is all my own time and money to do whatever I want. Women in relationships with me are intolerable. Women as co-workers and in friends groups, fantastic ... I have no problem with them.

I love this story. My best friend of 30 years is in the same situation. I’m actually pretty close with his kids, the boy is 11 and we play fortnite. He thinks I’m pretty cool. He told his dad he wants to be like me when he grows up, no wife no kids and can play video games all day. So I get to be cool, live my fun life, and have more money. I’d like to think my friend is jealous, although he’d never say it. I try not to rub it in. 😏

yep did the same for years. High and drunk by noon most days of the week. it's easy to inhale or drink something that triggers feel goods in the brain... that's why we get addicted to it. It's easy. It's hard to break the cycle for sure. I won't sit over here and tell you you should quit. Certainly be mindful of it as you are, and seek help if you need. eh, I've entertained the idea somewhat... haven't researched it much though. I get excited while playing a video game, switch over to xvideos, switch back to witcher 3, eat dinner, go to bed, and go to work next day. How do you guys spend your time alone there's really not that much of it. I work 50 hours a week or so and spend time away from work visiting friends and family. If you decide to opt out of romantic relationships it doesn't mean you can't maintain friends, family, and a social circle. And, in the long run, a close network of friends and family is more likely to actually help you when you need it or when you get old. for what reason do you want to quit? have you run into major issues because of drinking, or just thinking you might drink too much? if you don't want to talk about it, I won't press any more ... but in my sobriety if I see anyone who might be reaching out, I try to help them in any way I can. Best part here is it's pretty anonymous, which can help a lot.

any of the above really. Ps4 and xbox one over lap by probably 80 or 90%. They function more or less the same spec wise, each has some quality exclusives. Switch is less powerful, but still fine. You can easily take it portable if that's something you want to do. Can build a PC for 4-500 bucks that will run stuff pretty well. Building PCs is very doable if you're remotely inclined. Plenty of help online. Personally, I have a ps4 and love building PCs also. Just bought a bunch of new PC stuff in …

Dude who is aggressive, buff, right alpha stuff. there was a retirement book I read and at the end was the Smith and Wesson retirement plan. quick easy 38 cent end of life cost. the idea was wait until you are totally and utterly finished...with just enough left to lift it up and end it. what is the method you have ready? perfectly put. I like this sub, and the whole idea of happiness without women. unnecessary drama, hysterics, and manipulative crap we don't like. And that's what this approach to life has decided to step away from exactly this simple simple simple. this sub has highly upvoted content that often shows the drama or bs, kinda showing why we have stepped away... can easily be seen as the bottom of the barrel tinder profiles and the rando can scream NAWALT... but... I like to read the how we're going our own way more than why at this point
/r/MGTOW15/06/18 02:10 PM

I used to subscribe to every dating sub ever but it got to be beyond infuriating. some dude wondering why some chick stopped talking to him. my response would be "why are you worried about it?" not what they want to hear. then of course a post wall women wondering why dudes are paying less attention to them then they used to...tell them the truth? ...NOT what they want to hear. as an aside I like to think of /r/AskWomenOver30 as /r/askPostWallWomen and I chuckle at it every time

/r/MGTOW14/06/18 10:07 PM

almost didn't respond to him... figured calm logical was the way to go mgtow isn't even really the type of movement you want to recruit for, because then there might not be any suckers left to sign up for the losing game of marriage. so I really don't go spouting it off anywhere. if anything I will comment on how dating sucks and being single is awesome...I don't label it tho

is the donald like a pro trump sub?
/r/MGTOW14/06/18 09:56 PM

That's exactly what I take from redpill. It describes perfectly how men and women operate at a primal level. I don't use it to spin plates or rack up numbers, but I have witnessed first hand what it describes
/r/MGTOW14/06/18 09:55 PM
5

I tend to keep quiet about my beliefs, because many of them put me in the minority and I am very sensitive and don't like arguing... so the default screeching and shaming puts me at a loss.. I almost didn't respond to him, but figured I might take the calmer logical route.
/r/MGTOW14/06/18 09:54 PM

So, just airing an annoyance: Everywhere else on reddit philosophies like redpill and mgtow are universally hated by the hivemind. Mostly by people who never bother to read much of the content of either. Especially irritating when my comment made no such mention, dude took it upon himself to scroll through post history, and lash out and something I'm sure he couldn't really explain.
/r/MGTOW14/06/18 03:01 PM

more like when I run into anti-mgtow echo chambers on reddit and have to chime in and correct bad information and get myself all worked up about it and finally calm down because it's like arguing with a wall so...I think you're right!

I like your write up. I say again and again wherever I go: I don't care what women do. I don't hate them. I just have zero desire in them romantically. I've had plenty of experience with it, and am much happier, well, going my own way. The "MGTOW CAN'T GET WOMEN THATS WHY THEY MAD" crowd drives me crazy. no, no, no... most/many of us have had plenty of time with women and come to realize that it's no where near worth the headache
/r/MGTOW12/06/18 01:17 PM

sex and romance is very often not worth the drama and headaches on the other side. I'm not sure how true all this need is

as I think forward a day, a week, a month, a year into the future with NO women involved with me in any way it brings me happiness and peace more than I ever could have imagined. For years I had pain in the ass GFs and dated women because I thought I was supposed to. No more. I look forward to AAA game releases and getting a new dog in the next year. I have ZERO interest in women. So yes. Truly go your own way. Away from women

It's clear from reading that sub that neither gender is excluded from being the problem. I've read stories from both men and women in there. Personal anecdote: Last relationship I was in showed me I have very little interest in sexy-time, which really removed the last reason to even have a romantic relationship for me. I agree young people should visit that sub before signing up for any commitment, problem is, as I'm sure you know, the response from most will be "My unicorn will NEVER end up lik…

sex looks and sounds great before you've had it. It can be great and fun. But really, more like what you said. The high potential to wreck shit is there, plus when you're in the moment something is pinching, something stinks, something is slimy, something bent the wrong way, someones breath is bad, somethings bleeding... not really that hot

great post, well written. The only trouble you run into is that hormones rage at late teen early 20s guys. You can only jerk it so much, we are hard wired to make every attempt to have sexy-time with the most attractive female possible. I think the answer for them is to experiment with sexy time, but be goddamn careful with it. And you will run risks have any relations with women. Everything you talked about in your post. For many of us, we ran into issues, and decided that it's not worth it. I'…

most things we spend money on are depreciating assets. I would agree if a 5k$ fish would make him near homeless or miss bills or run credit card debt or something, but I would never knock anyone for spending 5k on whatever they like. fish pet hobby is no more stupid than anything we like that someone else thinks is dumb.

I have probably 10 close friends. 9 of them are matched up with women. I honestly like all these women to varying degrees. None of them are shill squawking shrews ruining my friends lives. Some I like more than others, but really they are all OK. So yes, I feel like somehow I am missing out. I should be with a similar woman to all my friends. I'm not lonely or depressed by any means, but I really feel like they have something I don't

this is what bores me so much about women. Most I meet or (used to) date really have nothing going on. we might pick a netflix show to watch or something. Maybe can get them to hike, but I just get too tired of them after a few months. Try to talk philosophy or finance with them.... forget it

I don’t hate women. I’m simply indifferent at this point. this one right here, me too. we all do what we do to make it through the day. If there are women to navigate, I do it the same as I do for dudes. Some are more fun than others.

hehe, I've done exactly this. had an apartment neighbor years ago, 20 year old girl. I work with mostly women. I enjoy it, I am well liked. I am careful about it (don't want to end up in HR), but enjoy their company at work. In everyday life, women will do whatever they want. I've witnessed most of what this sub describes IRL. Had plenty of stressful relationships and am very happy to be without one. men are generally pretty simple, easy. Women: don't say much, be cute, have sex with us a few times a week. To keep women happy we have to do more...and more...and more...and more. It is never ever enough. I read somewhere probably in this sub: Compromise usually means doing what she wants. I can't stand relationships, and I don't have very much interest in sex. most of us have been in sticky situations, bro. Yes, I agree you should get out. I would scrimp and save, hand her 1000$ in cash and then say "this isn't working out, we need to go our separate ways" It's actually a good thing you live so far apart. When you give her the boot, you don't run a high risk of running into her all the time.
/r/MGTOW11/02/18 06:09 PM

This is my experience with FWB. It never really happens that way. Very very few women will sign up for that. They usually start pressing for more and more. Until the dude gets fed up and nopes out of there
/r/MGTOW11/02/18 06:04 PM
3

well if you're looking for approval, you might get it from some and not from others. Some of us avoid women like venomous snakes. Others might date. Others might have some sexytime. Bottom line is probably just make sure to keep your sperm away from her eggs. Deposit it in the end of a condom, and not in her. Do what makes you happy as much as you can. In my view, Going Our Own Way means opting out of marriage and transfer of wealth to women. Other than that, we try to have fun.
/r/MGTOW11/02/18 06:01 PM

I would tend to agree with that, simply from anecdotal evidence from my own life. Far fewer of my friends have their financial life in order than ones that do. Hardly empirical evidence, but I feel like I know some pretty average people

I work at a teaching hospital and every summer 10 new students start and rotate each week through my department where it is quite often 1 on 1. Probably 90% 20 year old female students. Every day I sit a little farther away from them and say as little as possible.

my mother still tells me how awful my father is... 27 years after the divorce. My dad is a stand up guy... I could likely be a homeless drug addict if it wasn't for him. I should have learned about women from years of hearing my mother talk about dad... but I didn't. Instead it took years of dealing with my own relationships... and finally reading here for the past few years.

I felt like I was the only one getting ruined again and again by relationships. Here I get to listen to many people with the same experience and can finally see that maybe I wasn't the only one. Too many women are just like this sub describes, makes it very dangerous. We're not out on the street screaming anything, I think it's fairly harmless to find an empathetic ear here. We just have a protective barrier up now.
/r/MGTOW24/01/18 10:41 PM

you probably won't find many takers here... we've been raked over the coals and had our hearts broken again and again and finally have had enough. that experience is probably minimal... some of us have been outright wrecked by relationships. We are saying "no more". Some of us still want to have sex with women, we're just not handing over everything we own to do it anymore.

I have to be so careful in my life. I work with 100s of women and very few men (hospital). I report to multiple women. I am a 20 year employee, very well known and liked. Made my mistakes, dated within the company a few times... escaped those situations relatively unscathed. I let women do what they do... coworkers often go down a giggle spiral about how much men suck. Conversations where if genders were reversed I could easily end up in HR. I let them giggle and just quietly exit the situation.…

heh, yeah, it kind of stuck with me. It was this book: https://www.amazon.com/Why-Does-mc2-Should-Care-ebook/dp/B002TJLF7W/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1516401603&sr=8-1&keywords=why+does+e+mc2 So people don't think I'm making shit up

I don't think too many here use the word all for anything. In a place where the majority of us are opting out of marriage, posts that remind us of common activities and posts by women of laughable integrity seek the most upvotes... Reddit all in all, karmo tho

I read in a physics book somewhere that there is an extremely small chance that through really small wormholes we could be transported instantly 1000s of lightyears away. But the chances are so small it's basically just 0, so best to disregard. so yeah, things that will never happen: Meet unicorn Randomly teleport to another galaxy

That's not it at all. Men Going Their Own Way. Opting out of marriage and financial support of women. Some opt out of interactions with women alltogether. Some casually date. You might be thinking of TheRedPill

sucks bro amazing to me is even if someone still living in fantasy land "MY gf would never do that" can read 100s and 100s of stories, and he wouldn't change his behavior because his special unicorn would never do that. I don't think any dude can ever be convinced without attending the school of reality and have it happen to them...hopefully won't cost them too much.

godamn, sorry you are dealing with that. Love that they try and get the body back when they are monkey branching to the next sucker. I never really minded when ex's would be on to the next dude. Ok bro, your turn on the ride... super sexy time, and all the crazy that goes with it.... have fun.

yep, the beauty of deleting stuff from the internet is that it won't really work. We'll all congregate elsewhere eventually, it might take a while to find each other though. as far as an organized new location? not so much, as far as I know

yeh all in all I have 10 probably. I'm Almost 40 years old with nothing too major (no kids, no alimony). I have friends who boast 50+ and really have trouble. I am not really sure how they do it.

work in imaging. They're an OK bunch, know most of them for years before I started reading mgtow and redpill and such. I don't change a lot of what I do during my interactions with them, but am just more conscious and careful everyday. If they do start joking with sexual innuendo, I acknowledge minimally and make myself scarce...don't want any part of that.

I am way average, not high profile at all. Hourly schlub. 90% of the people I work with are women. I report to multiple women. (Healthcare) The more I read these stories, the more careful I am. I have made it this far (almost 20 years) in this environment and am very well liked. But all it takes is one. High profile seems like the ones who should be the most worried, but stuff like this can certainly trickle downhill.

I'm stuck between your ideas and the other dudes. Sure we have incredible magic compared to what we had 10 20 30 years ago, but the fine tuned job specifics of some industries? I don't know how that would seem. For example, I work in healthcare. I can't imagine most of the public tolerating only seeing machines and kiosks the entire visit to the hospital. As much as they like to yell at us and cause problems, most people would want to see human employees at a hospital or clinic. Another example,…

at a glance trp looks horrible. bunch o dudes hate women and want to F them look closer and you've seen what it's all about. I am one of the nicest guys in the world. I got railroaded in terrible relationships for years. Whenever I found a women who would have sex with me I would hand over everything I had because I was so grateful. "You're gonna get naked? This is one thing I've realized over recent months. I have the power to act in any way in any situation. I don't have to be an ass... but I can be. Not caring about the outcome of any given situation is very liberating for me. I'm still not great at it, but this sub has helped me a lot.

yeah me too. I figure it's decent towards anyone of either gender an explanation of what's happening rn... Maybe could just dial back the reasons. Me in OPs situation walking away "Nah, just realized I don't want to eat here just now... see you around sometime"

godamn the power of "no" never ceases to amaze me. It throws women so far off balance when you don't treat them like gold and are ready to walk away. and if you actually do walk away? even better love this story, thanks
