1	I feel so empty, how do you guys do it? Find something you are good at and pursue it professionally which will pay your bills. Now find something that you are passionate about and use your free time and weekends/off days to build a business around it. It may take years but you will ultimately be able to leave your job. Now engage in an activity that keeps you fit, it could be martial arts, sports, yoga, weight training & eat healthy,. 1	MGTOW Ban. I’m genuinely confused on why this forum exists. Can some one explain to me why enjoying my own life and taking time for myself without woman is such a negative topic? Why do they even care? They are bitter because we are happy without them. Their constant need for attention is denied here & they can't digest this fact.
