I feel physical activities to increase your feminine energy would be dancing, yoga + Pilates! Yoga is definitely my favorite + you can make it into a little dance too!

It’s hard coming into a group* being the “new person” especially as a new girlfriend. They’re great & they never even mention his ex. They all like me (they tell him all the time & I feel they do too) and we have a lot of fun together. But when I am in a negative loop it’s hard not to feel like everyone compares me. My boyfriend and his ex were together for about 3.5 years so I feel they were all super close

In the past he’s compared me indirectly, but I feel as of lately I am doing it to myself. I also really hate how he still has a picture of a group of friends, with his ex in it, on Facebook and has nothing of us. I don’t care that the group picture is there & she’s in it per say, I hate that he has one of her still & does not put one of us.
