Update. Scrapped the joke as I thought it was cringe. Basically just dropped "so I could get yours" She replied "I think I have a stalker. I thought someone hit my car and was looking everywhere for dents." Told her "Nothing is wrong with your precious merc and don't get ahead of yourself I didn't know you existed a few hours ago. Conversation has been flowing since. Thanks for your help lads.

Don't come here. (Sydney) Housing is a farce right now. House prices are through the roof, rent is a bigger joke. A single bedroom apartment 30-40 minutes from the cbd is selling for close to $500k, rent for such an apartment is $300+ a week. Job wise the market is flooded with people from SE Asia willing to work for less money than you can afford.
